About me

I'm  Suzanne Ostrowski-Dansel,  an accredited ICF Life Coach, specializing in coaching adults, adults with ADHD, and teachers.  During my 35 years as a teacher,  presenter, mentor, and consultant-turned coach, I gained a clear  understanding of best practices and the power of a single daily action.   I have  vast experience with building relationships, supporting  success, and creating collaborative strategies with individuals across  the lifespan.

I'm centered on client strengths and customizing strategies.  My client(s) and I   engage each other as co-active learners, exploring possibilities,  experimenting, and measuring success.  This leads to enhanced insight.  The  client must determine the vision and set the direction of the process.   Together, change happens!

I  have an extensive background with diverse populations and those from  at-risk groups. My training and experience as educator and coach are the  pillars of my client relationships. I continue to be a curious student  with those I serve. My 35-year career as an educator included the  following responsibilities:
